Wine description

From pure Primitivo grapes comes this rosé wine from the Varvaglione winery in Puglia. After harvesting, the grapes are briefly cryomacerated and gently pressed, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15-16 C°. Final ageing takes place in steel.

Characteristics of this wine from Apulia

It presents itself with a pale pink colour. The olfactory bouquet recalls small red fruits with a balsamic vein. Fresh on the palate with a slightly savoury finish.

Recommended pairings with this Apulian rosé wine

Excellent with fish dishes and fresh cheese. Serve at a temperature of 10-12 C°.
