Wine description
From pure Malvasia grapes comes this white wine from the Apulian Varvaglione winery. After the grapes are harvested, a 24-hour maceration phase is carried out, followed by soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14 C°. The final ageing phase takes place in steel.
Characteristics of this Apulian wine
It presents itself with a golden colour. The olfactory notes evoke tropical fruit and vegetal elements. On the palate it is characterised by a good balance between savouriness and acidity.
Recommended pairings with this Apulian white wine
Excellent with all fish dishes, shellfish and cheese. Serve at a temperature of 10 C°.
