This rosé wine from the Vespa Vignaioli winery is made from Negroamaro grapes grown on vineyards located at 40 m above sea level, on clay-sandy soils. It is the first "still" rosé from the Vespa Vignaioli winery, fresh and immediate and extremely versatile. Harvested by hand during the harvest, the bunches are transported to the cellar where they are destemmed: this is followed by pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled steel. Short final refinement in steel for 3 months.
Characteristics of this Salento rosé wine
It has a soft pink color, very delicate. Equally delicate are the olfactory notes that refer to pomegranate and wild strawberries. On the palate it is light, drinkable and with a persistent aftertaste.
