Weinbeschreibung
Produced from pure Garganega grapes, this white wine from Veneto originates from vineyards located in the Soave Classico area, on hills of volcanic origin at about 150 m above sea level. Harvesting takes place between September and October: after the bunches have been picked, the grapes are softly pressed and then fermented in steel at a controlled temperature.
Characteristics of this Veneto wine
It presents a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The olfactory profile is delicate but intense with hints of peach, apricot and elderflower. The palate is pleasantly mineral.
Recommended pairings with this white wine
Perfect with fish dishes, white meat or fresh cheese. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.
