This Veneto rosé wine from Monte del Frà Winery is made from a blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes: the vineyards located at 100-150 m above sea level are in the Veronese town of Sommacampagna and enjoy calcareous, clayey and sandy soils. Harvesting takes place at the beginning of October and is followed by white vinification: 24-hour maceration is followed by the separation of the flower must and then the long fermentation in steel at controlled temperature.
Characteristics of this Veneto wine
It presents a very delicate soft pink colour. The nose is intoxicated by olfactory notes of raspberry, currant and dog rose. The palate is balsamic with hints of yellow fruit and black pepper.
Recommended pairings with this Veneto rosé wine
Try it as an aperitif with friends or with pizza. Also excellent with Asian dishes, white meats and fish in general. Serve at a temperature of 12°C.
