Wine description

Creaman Rosé Brut is an organic Metodo Classico sparkling wine from the Fasoli Gino winery, born from the idea of promoting the native Corvinone grape variety in a highly elegant sparkling version. The name “Creaman” recalls the concept of “handmade”, underlining the artisanal care and experimental approach that characterizes this line of sparkling wines. Production involves an early manual harvest, with harvesting the bunches least exposed to the sun to preserve acidity and freshness. After a cold film maceration of approximately 12–15 hours, a soft pressing is carried out in the absence of oxygen. The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, followed by aging on the yeasts. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with a long aging on the yeasts of 80 months, until the final dégorgement.

 


Features of this Classic Method Rosé Sparkling Wine

On organoleptic examination it appears with a delicate bright pink color. The bouquet is intense and fine, with floral notes of rose and hints of small red fruits and berries. On the palate it is elegant, fresh and savoury, with a fine and persistent perlage that accompanies a harmonious and slightly fruity sip.

It pairs perfectly with refined aperitifs, fish appetizers, shellfish, raw seafood, sushi and sashimi, but also with light dishes based on vegetables or delicate risottos. It is ideal for convivial and elegant moments. The recommended service temperature is about 6 °C.
