Rich, fragrant and with intriguing fruity notes that make it perfect for moments of celebration and to accompany a dinner with friends, from aperitif to dessert. This prosecco from Cantina La Marca is made from pure Glera grapes, hand-picked during the harvest. Once the harvest is complete, the grapes are gently pressed and then undergo a fermentation process which takes place at a controlled temperature of 15°C with selected yeasts. As is standard practice, the foam is obtained using the Charmat or Martinotti method, i.e. in an autoclave.
Features of this prosecco La Marca
It is striking for its bright straw yellow colour and a fine, persistent perlage. The olfactory notes are striking for notes of apple and pear as well as almond and acacia flowers. The palate is enveloped by an eye-catching bubble and a soft, velvety sip.

Excellent with both aperitifs and fish dishes as first or second courses. Also great with desserts. Serve at 6-8°C.
