Wine description
Directly from the Murgia of Bari, thanks to the use of 100% Primitivo grapes cultivated on Karst soils at 300-350 m above sea level, this red wine from the 1939 Terre Carsiche winery is born. After harvesting in the first ten days of September, fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature for about 15 days.
Characteristics of this Apulian wine
It has an intense ruby red colour and a very intense olfactory bouquet reminiscent of red berries. Full-bodied and with good harmony on the palate.
Recommended pairings with this Apulian red wine
Excellent with cold cuts, cheeses and main meat dishes. serve at a temperature of 18-20 C°.
