Weinbeschreibung
Schola Sarmenti’s Malvasia Bianca is made from 100% Malvasia Bianca grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand and stored in aerated crates to preserve their integrity. Aging and aging in steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Characteristics of Salento Bianco "Malvasia"
Straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose is ample and elegant with hints of ripe pears, honey and spices on the finish. The mouthfeel is harmonious and balanced.
Serving suggestions tasting this white wine
Excellent with dishes based on fish, but also with appetizers. To be served at a temperature of 12°C in the glass not very wide.
