Wine description
From the vinification in purity of Malvasia dei Colli di Scandiano and Canossa grapes, the Medici Ermete technicians know how to produce this sensational counter wine of the Emilian tradition famous all over the world. The grapes come from the DOC territory of the province of Reggio Emilia. The vinification involves the use of the traditional method with puma in the finish. A fresh wine to be drunk young with a maximum duration of 1 or 2 years.
Characteristics of Malvasia Secca Daphne Doc
The appearance of the wine is straw yellow. The aroma is intense and aromatic. The taste is delicate, fresh, lively with intense characteristic aroma.
Recommended pairings tasting this Malvasia
A wine suitable to accompany hors d'oeuvres, ham, salami and Grana cheese. The optimal serving temperature is 8 ºC.
