Wine description
From a blend of Grechetto and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, this white wine is made at the Cesarini Sartori Umbrian winery.After the manual harvest that takes place in the second decade of September, it proceeds with pressing and subsequent fermentation in steel. The final stage of refining also requires a 3-month stay in steel.
Characteristics of this Umbrian wine
It has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The bouquet evokes yellow flowers and fruits, as well as almond. The palate is characterized by a good acidity, fresh and persistent.

To be tried with fish dishes. Excellent with pasta alla norcina. Serve at a temperature of 12-14°C.
