This red wine from Belisario Winery comes from a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Collepere vineyards near Matelica. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 390 metres above sea level. Once the grapes have been harvested by hand, each variety is vinified separately with 10 days of maceration. This is followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 24°C for approximately 25 days. The final stage of maturation takes place in steel for 8 months.
