This Primastilla cuvée from Le Manzane is made from a blend of Glera grapes and other native varieties. The grapes come from vineyards planted on medium-textured, clayey soils. After the grapes are harvested by hand, they are gently pressed and the must is cold decanted, followed by alcoholic fermentation. Further fermentation takes place in autoclaves for approximately 40-45 days, followed by 30 days on the lees. The final stage of production of this Veneto wine involves bottling and ageing in the bottle for another 30 days.
Characteristics of this Le Manzane wine
