Tinchité di Feudo Arancio is a Terre Siciliane IGT white wine made primarily from Grillo-based grapes from various areas of the island, particularly between the provinces of Ragusa and Agrigento. This choice to assemble grapes from different areas allows for the combination of complementary characteristics: on the one hand, freshness and aromaticity, on the other, greater structure and roundness. Winemaking is aimed at enhancing the expressive immediacy of the grape variety, maintaining intense aromas and a smooth drink, with an alcohol content of around 12%. The result is a wine designed to best express the Mediterranean character and the variety of Sicilian terroirs.
Characteristics of this Sicilian wine
In the calyx it has a pale straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. A very fruity and direct profile emerges on the nose, with notes of nectarine and peach accompanied by light tropical shades of mango and papaya. On the palate it is broad and pleasant, characterised by a good freshness and a marked mineral flavour that gives impetus to the sip. The structure remains balanced and flowing, with a delicate vivacity that makes the wine particularly dynamic and easy to drink.
Recommended pairings with this white wine from Feudo Arancio
It is an extremely versatile wine, ideal as an aperitif but also in combination with raw fish, first courses based on vegetables or fish and light main courses such as white meats or fried or baked seafood preparations. It also pairs well with fresh or slightly aged cheeses. The recommended serving temperature is between 10 and 12 °C, ideal for enhancing its freshness, aromaticity and drinkability.
