This Prosecco Valdobbiadene Brut from the Nani Rizzi winery is obviously made from pure Glera grapes from the company vineyards of the Municipality of Valdobbiadene, located at an altitude of 250-300 m above sea level. The harvest is carried out strictly by hand during the month of September: this is followed by white winemaking with soft pressing and, as is standard practice, the Charmat or Martinotti method is adopted, with fermentation in an autoclave. The foam intake takes place after about 30-40 days with a final aging in the bottle of 1 month.
Features of this Prosecco Brut
It has a pale straw yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage. The olfactory notes are a riot of acacia, rose, apple, and peach. Fresh and elegant on the palate, savoury and with a mineral finish.
Recommended pairings with this wine from Cantina Nani Rizzi
