Lucido Terre Siciliane CUSUMANO

A fruity, Mediterranean wine made from pure Catarratto grapes from the terroir of Calatafimi, Trapani. Lucido is part of the Cusumano Line dedicated to the most significant grape varieties in Sicily. After manually collecting the bunches, the skins are cold macerated in the must for 12 hours at a temperature of 8°C. This is followed by soft pressing, static decanting and finally steel fermentation. The final refinement phase takes place in steel on the fine lees for 4 months.

Characteristics of this wine from the Cusumano Sicilian Winery

It has a bright yellow color and olfactory notes reminiscent of aromatic herbs, yellow fruit, flowers and citrus fruits. On the palate it is mineral, soft and fresh.

Recommended pairings with this Sicilian white wine

Try it with sushi, sashimi, taratare, fish appetizers, clam pasta or seafood, fried fish. Serve at 8-10°C.
