Produced in a limited quantity of only a few thousand bottles, this Verdicchio di Matelica from Belisario Winery comes from Verdicchio grapes from the Matelica clone; the harvest is determined based on the ripening curves of sugars, total acidity and pH. As required by the regulations governing organic wines, the vinification process is carried out without the addition of sulphur dioxide. This is followed by fermentation for about 20 days and a final maturation phase in steel for 8 months.

It has a straw yellow colour. The bouquet is particularly complex, as are the sensations that envelop the palate: fruit, flowers but also hints of herbaceous notes. A structured, persistent and savoury wine.
