Grillo Sicilia KEBRILLA DOC BIO FINA

The vinification of 100% Grillo grapes. Native and representative of the Sicilian territory. The origin of the vineyards falls within the administrative scope of the company Fina in Western Sicily. This refined wine boasts the Denominazione di Origine Controllata. The harvest takes place at the end of August. The fermentation takes place for 20% of the grapes in barrique, and for 80% in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and aromas. Finally, the aging of the wine that maintains the percentages used in the fermentation phase, that is 20% in barrique and 80% in steel, follows three months in bottle.

Characteristics of this Organic Wine

During the organoleptic examination the wine has a bright straw yellow color, the aroma is rich in orange flowers and citrus peel, iodized notes, peach pulp. The taste is very savory and fresh, flowing, juicy and persistent.

Serving suggestions tasting this white Sicilian wine

A great wine with fish, shellfish and shellfish, fresh cheese, cold cuts, eggs and risotto, pasta with light sauces, chicken, fresh pasta. Ideal as an aperitif. The optimal serving temperature is 12ºC in a high and wide glass.
