Schiava VIGNA HASELHOF DOP Brigl

Schiava DOP is a soft red wine from Trentino  Alto Adige region. Cantina Brigl winery, with 700 years of tradition behind it, has always paid specific attention to the quality. Characteristics of Schiava DOP

Light ruby red that turns into an intense ruby colour. Fruity bouquet. Light with a low tannin amount and fruity in taste with a subtle bitter almond note.

Suggested pairings with the Schiava produced by Brigl

It should be served in a medium-broad glass at a temperature of 12-14°C. It can be paired with Tyrolean tradition dishes, speck and charcuterie, white meat, fish and cheeses with a “sweet” flavour.
