Wine description
Pinot Bianco DOP "Terlaner Weissburgunder" is a white wine from Trentino Alto Adige region. Cantina Brigl winery, with 700 years of tradition behind it, has always paid specific attention to the quality. It skillfully combines the ancient winery techniques with the most modern technology, in order to obtain the best results.
Characteristics of Pinot Bianco DOP
It presents a yellow almost greenish colour with light yellow reflections. Fruity bouquet with an apple fragrance. Fresh and fruity on the mouth with walnuts, apples, green leaves notes and an aroma of butter.
Recommended pairings while tasting this wine
It should be served in a medium-broad glass at a temperature of 10-12°C. Its’ an excellent aperitif and it can be perfectly paired with fish dishes.
