From pure vinification of Syrah grapes. The Firriato Winery produces Altavilla della Corte Syrah with vineyards from the Agro Trapanese, from the Borgo Guarini estate. The manual harvesting of the grapes takes place at the end of August. This is followed by vinification with traditional red maceration in thermocontrolled stainless steel fermenters. The aging of the wine extends for 6 months in American oak barriques.
Altavilla della Corte Syrah Firriato’s features
An intense ruby red colour. The scent announces its presence with hints of ripe fruit modulated by light nuances of vanilla and spices.
