Wine description
From pure Sagrantino grapes comes this red wine typical of the Umbrian tradition. After the manual harvesting of grapes grown on clay-sandy soils, pressing and fermentation in steel. The aging takes place in large casks and oak barrels for 12 months, with a further period of aging in bottle.
Characteristics of this Umbrian wine
It has a ruby red color and an olfactory profile that evokes blackberry, dates, dried figs and raisins. The palate is enveloped by a whirlwind of scents ranging from licorice to plum, from raisin to cinnamon.

Excellent with dishes based on goat and lamb, to try also with aged cheeses typical of the Umbrian tradition. Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
