The Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry CUVÉE DELL'EREDE represents the elegance and tradition of the Treviso area, the historic cradle of Prosecco DOC. This wine comes from selected grapes grown in the hills of Veneto, where the mild climate and suitable soils give the wine freshness, harmony and a marked aromatic finesse. The Extra Dry version stands out for its perfect balance between softness and liveliness, providing a pleasant, delicate and refined sip. The production of Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry CUVÉE DELL'EREDE takes place mainly from Glera grapes grown in suitable areas of the province of Treviso. After harvesting, the grapes are subjected to a soft pressing to preserve their more delicate aromas. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, while the foam is obtained according to the Martinotti-Charmat method, which allows the freshness and fruity expression typical of Prosecco DOC to be maintained intact.
Features of this Prosecco Extra Dry
On organoleptic examination it appears with a bright straw yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage. The perfume offers floral notes of wisteria and white flowers, accompanied by fruity notes of apple, pear and citrus. On the palate it is soft, balanced and pleasantly fresh, with a light sweetness typical of the Extra Dry type that gives harmony and roundness to the sip.
