This Prosecco DOC Treviso Millage from Cantina La Marca was born from the collection of pure Glera grapes: a fresh and effervescent wine, perfect for aperitifs with friends. Winemaking requires manual harvesting of the bunches, followed by very soft pressing and pressing. Fermentation follows with the aid of selected yeasts, at a temperature of 15°C. Sparkling wine is carried out in an autoclave using the Charmat or Martinotti method.
Features of this Prosecco Doc Treviso Extra Dry
It has a very delicate straw yellow color. The olfactory bouquet is broad, fruity and floral -. Fresh and soft on the palate, with a fine and elegant perlage and a pleasantly fruity finish.

Excellent with aperitifs and fish dishes, from appetizers to the second. Perfect with sushi and sashimi and pizza. Serve at 6-8°C.
