This PROMOTED Extra Dry Sparkling Wine is born from a clever blend of wines obtained from white grapes, worked with great care to enhance their freshness and aromaticity. Winemaking takes place in white and the wine is subsequently refermented in an autoclave with yeasts selected at 16 °C according to the Martinotti-Charmat Method. Once fermentation is complete, the product is refrigerated at -4 °C and left to refine on the yeasts before isobaric filtration and bottling.
Features of this Extra Dry Sparkling Wine
On organoleptic examination it appears with a bright straw yellow colour and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose it expresses fruity and delicate aromas, with aromatic notes that recall acacia, wisteria, peach and apricot. On the palate it is fresh, lively and savoury, supported by a pleasant acidity and a dry and balanced body.

It pairs very well with shellfish, molluscs, light fish, seafood appetizers and finger foods. Thanks to its versatility, it is also ideal as an aperitif and to accompany convivial moments. The recommended service temperature is between 6 and 8 °C.
