This Brut Sparkling Wine from Cantina Le Morette is produced only in the best harvests, from a careful and meticulous selection of Turbiana and Chardonnay grapes. The harvest takes place during the third ten days of August, strictly by hand. Once the harvest is complete, the grapes are transported in crates and pressed before being vinified separately. The must is fermented in temperature-controlled steel. We then proceed with assembly at the beginning of March and "mis en bouteille" adding yeasts selected for the foam setting. Bottle aged for 36 months.
Features of this Classic Method Sparkling Wine
It has a straw yellow color and persistent perlage. The olfactory notes are rich and complex, with hints of bread crust and fresh almond. Wide and velvety flavor, with great freshness and minerality.
