This red wine from Cantina Le Morette is made from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Corvina Veronese grapes: it is the result of a meticulous winemaking process, with the grapes harvested at different stages of ripeness; consequently, following the manual harvest in the second ten-day period of September, the grapes are crushed and fermented separately. It is only during the ageing phase that the wines are blended, with ageing in tonneaux and frequent bâtonnage for at least six months.
Characteristics of this wine from Cantina Le Morette
It has a ruby red colour with violet hues. The bouquet is reminiscent of cherry, plum and small berries, whilst on the palate it is balanced, fresh and has an enveloping structure.

Excellent with pasta dishes and risottos, meat-based main courses and medium-aged cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 16–18°C.
