Weinbeschreibung
This rosé wine from Cantina Val delle Rose comes from 100% Sangiovese grapes, grown in the vineyards of the Tuscan Maremma and located 150 m above sea level. After the harvesting of the grapes, the wine is vinified in white with a slight pressing and then fermentation at 14-16, for about 2 weeks. Aging takes place in bottle for at least 2 months.

It has a very characteristic pink color and a fresh and floral bouquet, as well as sensations on the palate.
Recommended pairings with this rosé wine from Tuscany
Excellent as an aperitif, with fish dishes or with vegetarian preparations. Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC.
