Weinbeschreibung
The Maremma Toscana Ciliegiolo DOC is a Tuscany red wine produced by the Le Lupinaie company located in the core of the Maremma Toscana. The grapes are 90% Ciliegiolo and 10% Syrah. The wine making is in steel tanks with short and frequent pumping over to keep fresh the fragrant aromas typical of this wine. After the fermentation it takes place the refinement in steel and finally in the bottle.
Characteristics of the Maremma Toscana
Esthetically it has a purple red color. The scent is fruity with some ripe fruit and spicy flavors. The taste is soft with pleasantly tannins.
Suggestions for the Maremma Toscana Rosato
It has to be served in medium wide wine glasses at 16°C. It is great to be drunk with starters, cold cut and main courses.
