Prosecco Superiore Asolo Brut FM333 originates from a single vineyard called Fontana Masorin, located on the Montello hill 333 meters above sea level. Glera grapes are harvested manually and subjected to careful selection. Only the flowering must is used, which is cold stabilized to preserve the aromatic precursors and subsequently unclimbed by natural decantation, without adjuvants. The foam is obtained through a single fermentation in an autoclave that takes about six months, according to an innovative method that makes this sparkling wine particularly original and representative of the area.
Features of this Prosecco Brut DOCG
It has a bright straw yellow color, enriched with greenish reflections and a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, scents of Golden apple and Williams pear emerge, accompanied by floral notes of wisteria and acacia. The flavor profile is lively and mineral, with shades of tropical fruits such as papaya and pineapple. On the palate it is fresh, savoury and dynamic, with a good structure and a long gustatory persistence that recalls the olfactory sensations.
Recommended pairings with this Prosecco from Montelvini
Excellent with raw fish, steamed seafood and Mediterranean cuisine. Its marked savouriness and freshness also make it ideal as an elegant aperitif or as an accompaniment to light fish-based preparations. Serve at 6-8°C.
