Piemonte Rosato "Lavignone" DOC PICO MACCARIO

This Piedmont rosé wine comes from a blend of barbera, freisa and cabernet sauvignon grapes from vineyards located on morainic hills rich in rocks and stones. After the manual harvest of the grapes when they have reached perfect ripeness, a brief contact takes place between the skins and the must with subsequent separation and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature.

Characteristics of this Piedmontese wine

The organoleptic test shows a pale pink color with orange reflections. The olfactory notes recall a floral and citrus bouquet; on the palate it is fresh and with an excellent balance.
