Wine description
Made from 100% Turbiana grapes, this white wine from Lonato del Garda comes from hillside vineyards on clayey soils of morainic origin. The bunches harvested by hand in September undergo soft pressing and then fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 15°C for about 10 days. The final stage of refinement requires remaining in steel on the lees for 12 months.
Characteristics of this Lugana Riserva
The organoleptic examination shows a straw yellow colour and a heady perfume of fresh fruit and citrus fruits. It is full-bodied on the palate.

Try it with fish dishes or cheese. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.
