The Lagrein Rubeno DOC of Cantina Kellerei Adrian is a wine of great refinement and elegance, suitable for the most important occasions. The grape variety used is 100% Lagrein grape, native to South Tyrol. Vinification involves the use of the traditional method in red, in stainless steel containers. They follow accurate pumping over and a maturation with malolactic fermentation in large oak barrels for 6 months.

On the organoleptic examination this wine has a garnet red color. The nose expresses aromas of violet and small berries such as blackberry and black currant. The taste on the palate is structured, characterized by soft tannins and a good persistence.

An ideal wine to accompany the most varied dishes of Italian cuisine; excellent throughout the meal, it goes well with rich appetizers based on meats and cheeses, stuffed pasta, legume soups, white and red meat on the plate. The optimal serving temperature is 18 °C.
