Wine description
The Pas Dosè of Fina Winery is a Sicilian sparkling wine that was born with the classic grapes of the Champagne sparkling tradition. The highest percentage is Chardonnay, which gives elegance and finesse, with an addition of Pinot Noir, which brings structure and power The fermentation takes place in steel and after the creation of the cuvée, is refermented in bottle according to the Classic Method for 24 months.

It is a wine of pale straw yellow color with fine and persistent perlage. On the nose stand out hints of citrus and white fruits. Very elegant, fresh and mineral.
