Wine description
Grillo "Fiordiligi" is a Sicilian wine produced by the Assuli company located in the Trapani countryside in Mazzara del Vallo. This wine grapes is 100% Grillo picked at the half of Semptember. The temperature of the fermentation is controled and it takes place in stainless steel. After that, there is a 4-5 months of grape maturation in steel in “Sur Lies” and at least 2 months of bottle refinement.
Caractheristics of Grillo white wine
Esthetically is clear straw yellow with some green reflections. The scent is elegant with some citrus, pineapple and passion fruit taste. The taste is fresh, sapid and mineral coherently with the smell sensations.

It has to be served in a medium width globet at 8-10°C It is perfect to be drunk with main course and fried fish.
