Descrizione del vino
The "Dardinello" DOC BIO of Assuli is produced with 100% Zibibbo grapes on vineyards at 250 meters above sea level. Fermentation at controlled temperature (16-17°C) in steel containers. Aging: in stainless steel containers for 4/5 months "sur lies" and subsequent aging in bottle for at least 2/3 months.
Zibibbo Terre di Sicilia "DARDINELLO" DOC BIO's features
Straw yellow with evident greenish reflections. The nose offers an intense and persistent bouquet, with notes of peach and citrus of Sicily. The taste is in line with the olfactory sensations, fresh and soft on the palate, with a pleasant harmony of salinity and minerality.
Suggested pairings tasting this product of Assuli winery
Excellent with all dishes based on smoked fish. Serve at 12°C in a glass not very wide.
