This bottle is sold in screen-printed Box.
Passito di Assuli is produced with 100% Grillo grapes on vineyards at 250 meters above sea level. The harvest takes place at the end of September, then the bunches are destined to wither on trellis. Aging for 7/8 months in steel on its fine lees, through the practice of batonnage; at least 12 months in bottle for the correct evolution of its extraordinary bouquet.
Passito Terre Siciliane's features
It is characterized by a bright golden yellow color; the nose opens with a clear and delicate aroma, with hints of Sicilian citrus and honeyed notes. Soft and elegant.
Suggested pairings tasting this product of Assuli winery
Excellent with all the desserts of the Sicilian tradition. Serve at 12°C in a glass not very wide.
