Description du vin
This Fiano Sannio "TABURNO" of Fattoria La Rivolta Winery is produced with 100% Fiano del Taburno grapes, grown in the company's vineyards in the Benevento area. After the manual harvest in October grapes ferment in steel at a controlled temperature where they remain until the bottling procedure.
Characteristics of this Campania wine
To the organoleptic examination it appears as a straw yellow colored wine; fruity aromas of peach and pineapple appear on the nose. In the mouth it is light with a nice flavor.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this white wine
Excellent with fish dishes; try it with vegetables too. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C in a not very large glass.
