Wine description
This Falanghina del Sannio "Taburno" from Fattoria La Rivolta Winery is produced with 100% Falanghina del Taburno grapes, grown in the company's vineyards in the Benevento area. After the manual harvest in October, the grapes fermented in steel at a controlled temperature where they remain for a few months before the final bottling phase begins.
Characteristics of this Campania wine
To the organoleptic examination it appears as a straw yellow colored wine; Fruity and floral aromas appear on the nose with an almond finish. In the mouth it is light, fresh and with a nice flavor.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this white wine
Excellent with all fish-based dishes, but also with white meats too. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C in a not very large glass.
