This Bardolino Chiaretto from Cantina Cecilia Beretta is made from a blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes grown in the classic hilly area on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, on stony soils. After manual harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and macerated on the skins for about 6 hours at a controlled temperature of 6-8°C. After separating the must from the skins, the product ferments with the use of yeasts. The final stage of ageing takes place in steel.
Characteristics of this Veneto rosé wine
It has a very delicate light pink colour; the bouquet is reminiscent of red fruits, particularly cherries. On the palate, it is fresh and well-balanced.
