Cartizze Valdobbiadene DOCG Superiore Dry CANEVEL

From the vinification of precious and refined 100% pure Glera grapes as required by the strict disciplinary, expertly reared within the company limits. The origin is that of the Veneto, the well known hilly area in Valdobbiadene. Harvest is done exclusively by hand and in boxes from the end of September to the first days of October. Vinification involves the use of whole grapes with soft pressing and static racking of the musts for about eight hours. The sparkling process follows, by using the Charmat Method.

Cartizze Valdobbiadene DOCG Superiore Dry Canevel’s features

A bright straw yellow color with lively foam, fine and elegant perlage. The perfume has strong slightly aromatic scents with notes of rose, wisteria and peach. The taste is absolutely sweet and soft, with a great persistence.

Try it with dry desserts, pies and small pastries. The optimal serving temperature is 6°C in a tall and tapered glass which enhances the aromas.
