"Strada di Guia 109" Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut from Foss Marai winery is produced with carefully selected grapes and harvested by hand at the moment of their perfect ripeness. It is obviously Glera grape from the area of Valdobbiadene, province of Treviso: the grapes brought into the cellar are subjected to soft pressing and then carry out alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature.

The organoleptic analysis of this Valdobbiadene Prosecco Brut from Foss Marai shows a beautiful bright straw yellow color and a fine and persistent pear. The nose denotes intense aromas of white fruit as well as floral notes of freshly picked flowers and acacia flowers and finally slight hints of citrus fruits. The mouthfeel is creamy, fruity, dry and vertical.

It is perfect in combination with fish dishes, especially shellfish, great as an aperitif. Serve at a temperature of 8ºC in a tapered glass.
