Wine description
Spumante Cuvée Brut "Surfine" is produced by aging part of the wine in small casks for a period of less than 6 months adopting the technique of Micro-Oxygenazone, in order to highlight the basic flavor of the famous Cuvée But of which this Foss Marai Surfine Cuvée Brut is a more refined version. The rest of the wine is aged in steel.

The organoleptic analysis of this Cuvée Brut shows a straw yellow color; the nose is linked to yellow fruit and wild flowers. In the mouth the aftertaste is long and pleasant.
