Weinbeschreibung
The Trebbiano d'Abruzzo "C'incanta" of Cantina Tollo is produced from 100% Trebbiano grapes. After the harvest at the end of September, the grapes are gently pressed and left to macerate for several days at a controlled temperature. It then ages in cement tanks before being bottled.
Characteristics of this Abruzzese wine
The wine has a straw yellow color; the nose has hints of ripe yellow combined with citrus tones and the finish is amandorlato. Fresh, savory and with a long persistence.
Recommended pairings tasting this wine of Cantina Tollo
Perfect with first courses based on fish. Serve at a temperature of 10-12ºC in glass not very large.
