The 10 Vendemmie Limited Edition of Tenuta Ulisse is produced with a blend of white grapes, grown in the vineyards of Crecchio, province of Chieti. After the crushing-destemming takes place fermentation in steel with permanence sur lies and repeated batonnage. The aging takes place partly in French oak barrels.

On the organoleptic test, this wine from Abruzzo has a straw yellow color with slight greenish reflections. The nose predominates scents of citrus and exotic fruits, with mineral nuances and light notes of wood. The taste is characterized by a marked sapidity and a great persistence.
Recommended pairings tasting this white wine
Ideal in combination with all fish dishes, from appetizers to main courses but also with vegetable or legume soups. The optimal serving temperature is 12ºC in a not very large glass.
