Vigneti delle Dolomiti "Zymbra" CEMBRA

Zymbra is a collection of the most important grapes symbol of Val di Cembra: it is in fact a blend of Muller Thurgau, Chardonnay and Rhine Riesling, from vineyards located at 450-800 m above sea level. After the manual harvest of mid-September-early October, the grapes are gently pressed and then fermented and aged in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. A small part is also aged in French oak barrels for about 24 months. After the blending, it follows a further rest of 28 months in the bottle.

Characteristics of this wine from Trentino

It has a bright golden yellow color and a very complex bouquet that evokes tropical notes and ripe fruit. On the palate it stands out for a good salinity and an innate elegance.

Recommended pairings with this white wine from Trentino

Excellent to accompany cold cuts and salami, but also sushi, sashimi and fish dishes. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 ºC.
