Wine description
Vinification of 100% Friulano grapes. The origin of the vines falls within the company in San Floriano del Collio. The harvest takes place in September. The vinification involves the use of the classic procedure, in white, with delicate pressing of the grapes through pneumopresse of modern wine making conception. Fermentation and stainless steel aging.
Characteristics of this white wine
The aspect evidenced by the organoleptic analysis shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections in youth. The scent of wild and persistent flowers announces a strong note of almond that distinguishes its typicality and that is found in the taste, where it is dry, full and full-bodied.
