Wine description
This Tuscan red wine from Il Borro winery is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes picked by hand during the harvest and then placed in crates. The fermentation takes place partly in steel and a small part in barriques of acacia, oak and Alma. It follows a long aging of 10 months on fine lees always in wood.
Characteristics of this Tuscan white wine
On the organoleptic examination it has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose impresses with very intense notes of citrus and yellow pulp fruits as well as rosemary, sage and vanilla. The palate has a good persistence and a long finish.
Recommended pairings with this Tuscan wine
Excellent in combination with mature cheeses, white meats or fish dishes. Serve at a temperature of 10 ºC.
