Ribolla Gialla BENEDETE COLLAVINI

From the vinification of Ribolla Gialla, a wine symbol of the winery Collavini. The origin is the IGT of Venezie, The harvest takes place strictly by hand at the end of September. The vinification starting from the grape, rather late, is harvested at the end of September and left to macerate for 6 hours at 13º C. The fermentation, at a temperature not exceeding 15 º C, lasts about 15 days and, as the following aging until the following spring, takes place in steel.

The organoleptic examination of this sensational Friulano wine shows a brilliant straw yellow color. The aroma is intense and fresh, fine and elegant, reminiscent of lemon grass and grapefruit. The taste in the mouth is clean, fat and well balanced.

Serving suggestions tasting this white wine

An exceptional wine for rich classic aperitifs, which goes well with fish appetizers, shellfish and is pleasant with fresh and medium-aged cheeses. The optimal serving temperature is 8°C in a high and wide glass.
