Friulano DOC ZORZETTIG

From the indigenous Friuli grape variety par excellence, comes this white wine from the Zorzettig Winery. The pure Friuli grapes from the vineyards of Spessa di Cividale, grow on clay soils particularly rich in marl and sandstone: once the grapes have been harvested by hand, the carefully selected bunches are destemmed and undergo fermentation in steel where they will rest for a few months before bottling.

Characteristics of this Friuli wine

It presents a very delicate straw yellow colour. The olfactory profile evokes notes of apple, jasmine, musk and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is pleasantly mineral, fresh and with a slightly savoury finish.

Recommended pairings with this Friulian white wine

Perfect with soups, risottos and fish dishes in general. Also excellent with sliced meats, especially with a typical product of this region, Prosciutto San Daniele. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 C°.
